Conveniently located a couple of blocks from the convention center and nearby several food eateries, this hotel offers a neon, tropical feel. Tower rooms are the best rooms in the house with great views of downtown from the north side. Accommodations have more amenities than most local hotels with TV atop dress, data ports, fax machines, minibars and safes. Free airport and city-center shuttles run every 20 minutes from 5 am to midnight, and valet and self-parking are free in a well-lit lot. A 24-hour coffee shop, Seafood and Italian eatery, sushi and oyster bar, an espresso bar and an international food court are also on the premises.

AIRPORT
BEST WESTERN AIRPORT PLAZA -- $109.00 per night
This hotel is just coming off a renovation, complete in the guest rooms and lobby. Located right across from the airport and only a few of miles to the convention center makes this an attractive choice for teams.

DOWNTOWN
SOLD OUT CIRCUS CIRCUS - - $78.00/sky tower, $91.00 North Tower. (Please note there are no Saturday night only stays) A large hotel connected to the Eldorado and the Silver Legacy complex. Perfect for kids with the arcade and circus acts every 1/2 hour. Self contained with a variety of dining locations. Parking is free and abundant. Rooms can be located in the lobby tower or in a tower accessible via sky tram. Casino is located off the lobby. There will be NO shuttle to/from the convention center.

HOLIDAY INN DOWNTOWN RENO- - $71.00 per night

Located on the edge of Downtown, is the Sands. Connected to a local 50's style diner the hotel offers cheerful rooms. Some casino games are located in the heart of the lobby. SILVER LEGACY - - $85.00 per night Sun - Thur, $189.00 Fri. and Sat.
Elegant hotel connected to the Circus Circus and Eldorado complex. Rooms have recently been renovated. No casino in lobby.
There is a $3.00 resort fee per room, per night. Specific room types can't be guaranteed including double beds, non smoking, rollaway or specific fllors. 11:00pm curfew for children, no running in hallways or elevators. Any deep cleaning requires $100.00 min. cleaning fee. No appliance or food/beverage are allowed to be brought in. Room changes at check-in are not allowed. Room added, split or changed at check-in are subject to additional charges.

This upscale boutique hotel located on the shore of the Truckee River next to the National Auto Museum is an awesome choice for parents and guests. Stylish guest rooms open off wide well-lit hallways feature accommodations with soft and soothing neutral decor. Armoire holds minibar and large TV with games and cordless keyboards, and desk has dual-line speakerphone, data ports with high-speed Internet access, and task lighting. The two-poster beds are one of the hotel’s selling points, full of luxury threads, down pillows and comforters.

Some exciting things are happening at this hotel! A complete renovation of the guest rooms, restaurants, public areas in addition to a water park scheduled (scheduled to start construction next year). Self contained hotel with a variety of top variety stars always available. Video arcade, bowling alley, driving range and jogging track provides plenty of entertainment. Many dining options, including fast food. Parking is not covered but is free. This is not the same hotel you knew before and the rates reflect the changes. LA QUINTA - -- $72.00 per night - Double Double, $82 per night - King room
For those looking for a smaller hotel without a casino, this is a good bet. Rooms are nicer than most in Reno and the hotel includes continental breakfast in their rate. Exterior entry guest rooms. Only a couple of exits down the freeway to the convention center.

MEADOW WOOD COURTYARD - $75.00 per night
Comfortable Motor hotel in a convenient location for youth. Surrounded by several restaurants and right next to the mall, this hotel is a good value. All rooms enter via an exterior entrance.

OTHER
BOOMTOWN -- $129.00 per night
Located off Highway 80, about 15 - 20 minutes from the convention center, is the Boomtown Hotel. Featuring an indoor pool and fun center for the kids. A free shuttle to/from the convention center is available for small teams and is available on a scheduled basis.
