If you are looking for information on a tournament please click on the appropriate tournament on this page and check the booking instructions for your preferred hotel. If you need assistance and you are booking 10 or more rooms, please click on 'Contact Us' by email or fax.
If a hotel rate says pending, please do NOT book the room yet. That means the NCVA special rate is in progress and the hotel will be able to book shortly. Please continue to check back periodically for hotel confirmation.
Does your preferred hotel say "sold out"? Email us - we will do our best to try and accommodate you.
canceling a room

If you need to cancel a room, call the hotel directly and give them your last name and arrival date or confirmation # to retrieve your reservation. IMPORTANT: 30 days - 2 weeks prior(each hotel is different) the hotel requires us to stop selling rooms at the group rate to prepare for arrival. Therefore, if the hotel says they are sold out or that the group rate is no longer valid, please email us for assistance with your preferred hotel. We may still be able to accommodate your needs.
NCVA Reservations can’t be responsible for reservations/cancellations left on our recording that needs to be canceled less than 7 days prior to arrival. If we have canceled the room we will acknowledge it by an email or phone call.
